How Do I Make A Booking? 

There are various ways to make a booking with Bayside Holidays. You can book your holiday by:


  • Contacting us directly 
  • Messaging our Facebook page 
  • Filling out the contact form on our website 
  • Search and book securely and directly through our website. 


Deposit Information 

To secure your booking we require a £50 non refundable deposit. This can be made via bank transfer or directly through our website.


Please ensure you put the holiday home or holiday date as reference on the payment. 

Bond Information 

A £100 returnable bond is required per caravan, this will be returned after departure once the caravan has been cleaned and checked. This will normally be sent back within 24 hours of departure but if for any reason this isn’t possible due to reasons outside of our control (for example internet banking being down) you will be notified and updated with a timescale.

  • I cannot find my key code?

    The keysafe code will be sent at check in time on the day of arrival.

  • I am staying with you and have a problem?

    Please call our emergency contact number 07782737479

  • Is linen provided?

    Yes linen is provided in all our accommodation and all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

  • I am arriving late. Do I need to let you know?

    No, that's fine, entry is via a key code system sent prior to your arrival, so you can arrive anytime after your allocated check in time.

  • How far is it to Filey? What is there to do in the local area?

    It is a 5 minute drive, or approx 30 min walk along the beach or cliffs into Filey. Please see our local area page for more information on what there is in the local area.

  • Can we hire some items?

    Yes we have travel cots, highchairs, and many other items available to hire, the items can be added as part of the checkout process, if you have already booked please contact us and we can add it for you.

  • Does Filey have a pet friendly beach?

    Yes parts of the beach are pet friendly all year round, some parts have restrictions at certain times of the year but the beaches in front of the holiday parks are pet friendly and can be used all year round.

  • Can we pay in instalments?

    Yes you can pay how often you like, we ask if you send a quick text or email to let us know. We just ask that the final balance is made 4 weeks before your holiday. The date the final balance is due is shown on your booking confirmation.

  • What do we do if we cause any damage?

    Please let us know as soon as you are aware of the damage.

  • What is included in my accommodation?

    All holiday homes are self catering, so they will have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, cups etc that you will need for your stay. All caravans have sufficient duvets and pillows available for you to use, and bedding and towels are provided.

  • Will my accommodation have WiFi?

    All the caravan parks have WIFI zones and some have WIFI available in the holiday homes. Holiday homes with WIFI will state they have it in the caravan description. We do not charge for wifi and do not guarantee WIFI at any of our properties. We are not responsible if the WIFI isn’t available at any point during your stay.

  • What is the Minimum number of nights?

    Our minimum number of nights for all holiday homes is 3 nights.

  • What check in days do you have?

    Check in days are usually Monday, Friday and Saturday.

  • Who do we contact if we have a problem whilst on holiday?

    You can contact us at any time during your stay and we will be happy to help you.

  • How do we get the keys for the holiday home?

    We use a key safe at the property to give you the keys, we text you the number to open it at check in time on the day of arrival.

  • Where is the nearest hospital?

    Both Scarborough and Bridlington have hospitals. The nearest A&E is at Scarborough hospital.

  • What are Funworks passes?

    The Funworks pass allows access to some facilities on Haven parks. They are available to purchase from the reception when you arrive.

  • How much do we need to pay to book?

    For bookings more than 4 weeks away we require a £50 deposit to book, the balance and bond is then due 4 weeks before you arrive. For bookings within the next four weeks we require the full payment and bond at the time of booking.
